Hello. I’m glad to be here today. To be honest, I’m so nervous to make a presentation in front of so many great people at TEDx. First of all, I’d like to introduce myself briefly. My name is Sieon Park, and I am 17 years old. I am attending IASA in South Korea. I’m into physics, yoga and the tranquil air at 3 a.m. If there is something unique about me, I like philosophical thinking. In other words, I like to meditate on something old. Why do we exist and why do I exist? What is the universe? Living in such daydreams doesn’t seems useful to daily life. What I think it’s quiet romantic to indulge in idle expenses. Of course, I don't think that I, who just have lived for only 16 years old, can come up with any tremendous philosophy or solution of life. But there are is something I have seen and felt for my 16 years, so I would like to share that from now. Why do we leave? I don't even know Why do I exist. And. But. But I just want to live well, because I just exist here. Then how can I live well before that? I want to ask you a fundamental question. What is life? I've been thinking about this topic for a very long time, and here's my conclusion. Life is composed of learning, relationship and records. If it can handle these three things well, we can live well. Wow. That's. That is it. So I'd like to share. So shall we go into more detail? Life is a continuation of learning. How can I handle learning to live well? The answer is this. Enjoy learning. Genuinely, I'm going to explain why we cannot help enjoying learning from now. Learning is really beautiful. And first, understanding the logical structure of a concept. Second, asking a question. Third, getting answers of it. And fourth. And the last. Taking out from the head what you have learned in that way and applying it. This whole process is very fantastic. I'm going to give you one example. Then one's goes around the earth once every 27.3 days. Three days it so far. I understand the logical structure. But in fact, we observe that the period of revolution is 29.5 days. Now, Christian, why This is because the effect of our revolution has been added. Wow. I nearly learned that for two objects in relative motion, the turret takes return to their original position may very next. And application. This concept is applicable to all objects moving in relative motion, such as planets in the solar system and the Earth at this moment in time. Can you feel that? There's. It's fantastic. Isn't it beautiful? But this is just one simple question learning. It's shooting at us every day. Something thrilling and fresh. And go to the next part like this. Also now. Oh, of course. Oh. Sitting on the desk and studying. It's not that spontaneous. It's because sleeping games love chatting with friends are so tempting. But given the sense of accomplishment that learning learning gives us, it is incomparable with anything. So why don't we enjoy learning? And the next part. Life is also a relationship. Relationships are very important to human beings who are social animals. While I was at boarding school, I had many opportunities to contemplate about relationships. Finally, I got an answer. Let's analyze that. We are all selfish individuals and I one. I want to make this the basic premise of relationship and tell you the three point of relationship. And first first point is that be humble. When people see other people's talents, they seem to encouraging and praising them on the outside. But inside they burns with jealousy, especially in the case of people who are comparing with you for the same thing. So we should be humble to quiet. Chuckled German philosopher Chopin. However, humility is a matter. It's not a matter of high and low, but it's an expression of one's own maturity. So we should be humble. The second point is this Do not reveal your witnesses. We all do not reveal our witnesses to anyone. So you may reveal your witnesses to the few who you can you really can trust. You may draw on a little sympathy and establish a relationship. Maybe. But such dependencies are dangerous. It will come back as a sword to you. Never benefit you. So I want to say it. It do not reveal your weaknesses. The last point is this. Try to love. No matter how much you hate hating someone is the hardest thing for you. Just acknowledge that we are all selfish and just like this. Oh, that's what she's like. I see. Well, let's try to love her or I will get stressed out. And simple. If they keep in mind that we are all selfish individuals, a lot of parts of relationships will be easier. Remember to be humble, hide your weaknesses and try to love. And this is the last part. Finally, life is also our record. Sadly, our brains are disappearing little by little every day. I don't even remember that the dinner menu I had yesterday. So please keep a record of your life. Write a diary or organize an album every day so you can trace your your life in the world. The past can be a mirror. You can learn. Reflect on yourself and develop. Also, someone might look at your records and get a lot of help from either record in your life or your footprints on the beach will disappear by the waves. Like that picture. So let me summarize it. After all, life is a learning relationship and record. Let's enjoy learning. Acknowledge that we are all selfish and leave a trace of your life in anyway. You don't need anything bombastic.
