That means about 90% of entrepreneurs today fail. This was a big ratio that shocked me. So I started looking for the reasons. I found that in some of them there are technical issues related to marketing And there’s a reason it might be bigger The lack of need for the idea in the first place. But there is always a small simple reason which be ignored in one way or another. Is this person qualified as businessman Or does he have an entrepreneurial mindset? Unfortunately, we were raised incorrectly from childhood. I don’t mean familys’ upbringing. But we were put in a system in schools and universities where We are treated as one person, do things in the same way, with a framework is drawn by someone else, and all of that is sent at the same time. This might kill the creativity and the ability to think out the box at young people.Today, Distractors and changes are very quickly. For example, idea evolution itself became very fast Today, May you are at home with a simple laptop make a website or account on social media. And start selling products to stranger people and deliver products and take their reactions about the product and all of that take weeks to months. Previously, that was taking more than this and this was logical and nature especially due to poor technology at the time also getting information today has been quick and easy. This problem not only affects our work but also our private life. So I ask myself who are the best people dealing with these problems? I found that successful entrepreneurs are the best. Before I tell why let me explain the difference between a person with entrepreneurial-minded, and one with a traditional employee mentality Let’s define entrepreneurial-minded which consists of two words. let’s start with the first word is the mindset. What is the mindset? It human’s thinking right. No , It’s like an engine inside us. We take our actions and behaviors accordingly As It’s a group of principles, beliefs, and experiences we had in this life Well, What will happen if we join the two words? We will have a person with certain skills, an artist in seizing opportunities. If this person fails or relapses, he knows how to stand up again to achieve his goal. The mindset has two parts affect on it. An internal factor which you have complete control and influence on it. And the outside one which you can also control it by choosing the people you deal with and the experiences you face in this life. While on the other hand one of the basic standard to a traditional employee mentality in choosing a job is asking about the salary. This is the most important thing for him before asking about the job, the company, or the skill he will learn from the job. May he has other standards but this is the most important thing. An entrepreneurial-minded he cares about the added value he gives through this job. What he can add through this job to help the society and leave an impact. Let’s give an example The same two persons are hired in the company have a project had to deliver in week. Both of them felt that they will be late to send the project. So the person with the traditional employee mentality will spend the rest of the period thinking of reasons and excuses to say to the manager when the deadline comes. While the another person will stop his plan and change it to adapt with a new one to send it at time. And may he go to the manager and asked him for help. There isn’t any problem in this. Today, Let us say that entrepreneurs life It is mostly based on the lack of clarity Unlike big companies, that make a plan for one, two, ten or maybe fifty years Poor entrepreneurs don’t know what will happen next week. May he will lose his business because he doesn’t know how much money will he have from his work all of this is unknown to him. Only the person who knows how to adapt with the situation and seize opportunities at the right time. And all of that with a great discipline Today, there are societies and people that speak in the language of leadership business, This is a right for them, but the thought itself isn’t exclusive to them Today, we have examples of entrepreneurial people in different fields without having pioneering projects. If I ask you is there a teacher or doctor no matter how long it passed it is impossible to forget them. Who will you remember and why? Because he was completely different in the way of teaching. The education is more than a task for him. Not just telling the lesson And saying god bay. For him, the goal is to add a value for students by the difference in his thinking and purpose Also, as an employee you find only specific people in certain projects are delivered the tasks because you are sure that they will do it in the best way at the right time. In an important example, I can’t ignore It which is the foundation of all of us This example is the mother. Again my message is not that everyone become an entrepreneur and establishes his own company. But building an entrepreneurial mindset will help us to become a better society.
