Jose Bowen: A New 3Rs for Education

Technology has created a new learning economy where graduates will be valued less by what they know and more by what they can learn. Content still matters, but we now need to focus more on the process of change. If we want students to become more skeptical, better able to integrate new information and adaptable to jobs that do not yet exist, then we need to focus education on a new 3Rs of Relationships, Resilience and Reflection.
