Enfa Rose George: Stop whining and start grinding

A 20-year-old engineering student, Ms Enfa Rose George is the founder of PEHIA, a gender diverse organisation that trains budding developers in IT. At TEDxTKMCE she talks about her experiences as a girl engineering student and the lack of women representation in the tech field. She emphasises the need to stop whining about the problems and start grinding in order to make the society a better place. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
