The Empire Marching Elite (TEME) is a full community marching band that presents traditional HBCU style marching arts by the Big Apple Leadership Academy for the Arts in Brooklyn, NY. The program offer horns, percussion, majorette dance, and flag corps practice with no tuition or registration fees for students to join the program. More info at: BALAA.org
