Dan Cross: Success Or Happiness & Is It Possible To Have Both?

Dan has been running businesses since his early 20’s and truly knows no other way. His core business would centre itself around customer acquisition where he would recruit and train large scale sales teams around Australia. The organisation would transact more than $200million in revenue for clients and over the next decade he would go on to win multiple awards including entrepreneur and company of the year within the industry. Dan’s biggest failure became his greatest victory when in 2018 he and his family would hit an extreme fatigue from the past 6 years of expansion. In dramatic fashion Dan would realise that success in business doesn’t guarantee you success in the home. Out of necessity Dan would find a way to restructure his life and business to enable him to become a more present partner and father. He would go on to become an advocate and educator for the idea that ‘You Can Have Both’ in family and business.
