对烘焙创业青年洪顺忠而言，新村不只是历史产物，更不只是周末小旅行的好去处，而是蕴藏着无限宝藏且充满契机的地方。
感恩于孕育自己成长的这片土地，身为仁加隆新村新一代的洪顺忠，与几位志同道合的友人组成了 “仁加隆 gín-á” 小队。
他们希望通过整合新村的在地资源，拉近老一辈与新一代的距离，进而在传统产业中注入新元素，以期推动新村发展，并带领着新村与时俱进。
To baking entrepreneur Chili Ang, Chinese new villages are not merely a historical artifact nor popular weekend day trip destinations, but a place full of cultural treasures and opportunities.
As part of the younger generation who grew up at Jenjarom new village, Ang formed the “Jenjarom gín-á” team with several like-minded friends out of appreciation for the place which nurtured them.
By integrating local resources and injecting new elements into traditional industries, they hope to promote growth and development in the new village and enable it to keep up with the times - which, hopefully, will close the generation gap between the older and younger residents of the village.
