Sandhya Guntreddy, Principal Group Program Manager in the Commerce and Financial Services Organization of Microsoft. Her primary focus is modernizing Commerce and Financial platform that processes Microsoft's revenue. With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Sandhya has held top positions in companies like Intel, Satyam, and now Microsoft. Her work cuts across different disciplines in the product life cycle. As a passionate and strong advocate for Women in Technology, Sandhya believes in mentoring other women in the field. She is a mentor for Microsoft’s WISE (Women In Science & Engineering) programme. She has also been contributing to the biggest Women in Technology Conference, Grace Hopper Conference India, and has even chaired Systems Engineering and Emerging Trends track across different years.
