Bob Inglis: Conservative Climate Courage. (No, he's not kidding.)

A former member of Congress calls fellow conservatives to step up and step out on climate change. Invoking JFK's "Moon Shot Speech" at Rice University in September 1962, Inglis says "When leaders are optimistic, they're saying they believe in the people they represent." It's time to believe--really believe--that free enterprise can solve climate change. "It's OK, no, it's a good thing, that many progressives agree." It's time to celebrate "the really good news" that we can bring America together and lead the world to solutions on climate change.
