After appearing on the Great British Bakeoff, the UK’s most watched TV program in 2016, Andrew started to notice increasingly interesting overlaps between the seemingly unrelated disciplines: baking and engineering. This started a journey of discovery for him that led to baking for royalty and producing and judging his own Netflix show.
Andrew will explore his background of curiosity from a young age, talking about the novel things he explored by looking at the intersection of creativity and the boundaries you can break down whilst doing it. Andrew wants the audience to leave thinking about the silos they can break down in their own lives and careers for a more fulfilled and inspiring life.
He’d also like to leave the audience with an illustration of what “bakineering” means to him.
